Reservation Policy

  • Reservations and availability requests can be made by calling the country store during store hours at 540-377-2650. 

  • Availability and/or reservation requests cannot be answered via email.

  • Deposit equal to one night stay is required at time of reservation.  Balance to be paid in full at time of check-in.

  • Check-In Time: 3:00 p.m./ Check-Out Time: 11:00 a.m.  Early check-in is not permitted without prior approval from management.

  • Cabins are designed for a maximum of 6-8 people.       

  •  Pets are allowed in the Lakeview Cabin and Mt. View B Cabin.  A non-refundable pet deposit of $25 is required at time of check-in.

  • Virginia Sales Tax of 5% & Nelson County Lodging Tax of 5% is not included in the above rates.

  • Rates are subject to change without notice therefore advanced reservations made in the off season may increase. Should we increase our rates, the current rate will apply at time of check-in.   

  • Must be over the age of 21 to rent a cabin.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your reservation 7+ days in advance of your check in date, you will be refunded your reservation deposit minus a $10 processing fee.

  • If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days of your check in date, you will forfeit your reservation deposit.

  • Cancellations will not be accepted via e-mail. If you need to cancel your reservation please call the country store at 540-377-2650 during store hours.
